Ingredients
Creamy Beef Rice Topping
- 1/2 kilo Beef use tenderloin tips
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups rice
- 1 Pack brown gravy mix
- 1 Cup water cold
- 1 200-gram can button mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes or until it becomes close to tender. Add garlic. When beef is cooked, remove from fire, season with salt and pepper, and set on top of rice.
- Prepare the gravy mix: Pour it into the same skillet used to cook the beef and mix in water. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Bring to a boil, until sauce thickens. Pour over beef and rice. Garnish with parsley.
