- 500 Grams beef tenderloin cut into strips
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 Cup evaporated milk
- 1 250-ml pack All-purpose cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 198-gram can button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
- 1 212-gram can sweet corn kernels drained
- 1 155-gram can green peas drained
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sear beef in a large pan. Add garlic. Toss together for 30 seconds.
- Add evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Add mushrooms, sweet corn kernels, and peas. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
