Creamy Beef with Mushroom Recipe

Cut the beef into adobo-size pieces, or cubed. Place in a tray or bowl.

Add soy sauce, ground black pepper, garlic powder and oyster sauce then mix. Marinate for 2 hours.

Melt butter and heat the oil in a large pot. Add and saute the beef cubes. Add more oil if it dries out. Set aside the marinade for later use.

Add and cook white onion until translucent followed by the garlic. 

Add and stir in ginger. (This helps neutralize the meaty smell of the beef.) 

Add the marinade liquid, bay leaves, and msg. Cover the pan and let it boil for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms, all-purpose cream, and seasoning powder mix. Stir then let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the sauce reduces.
