Ingredients
Creamy Egg Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3/4 Cup All-purpose cream
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 bar cream cheese softened and cubed
- 2 Egg (hardboiled), chopped
- 1 tablespoon pimiento
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chopped eggs, pimiento, and lemon juice. Season to taste.
