Ingredients
  

Creamy Egg Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3/4 Cup All-purpose cream
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/2 bar cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 2 Egg (hardboiled), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pimiento
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add chopped eggs, pimiento, and lemon juice. Season to taste.
