Creamy Pesto Salmon Ingredients

2 to 4 pieces salmon, use salmon steaks

1 sachet seasoning granules

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pack all-purpose cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup walnuts, toasted

How to cook Creamy Pesto Salmon

Rub salmon with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and leave to marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Heat butter on a non-stick pan. Pan grill marinated salmon for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Set aside when cooked.

Drizzle with prepared sour cream pesto dressing. Serve with steamed rice, potatoes or steamed vegetables on the side.
