Creamy Two-Bean Dip Ingredients
- 1 can cannelini beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with olive oil, with carrot and cucumber sticks. Add some bread slices to make a meal of it. TIP: Will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
