Crunch 'n' Munch Chicken Burger

Sprinkle both sides of chicken fillets with steak seasoning.

Put flour on a plate or tray. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Roll each chicken fillet in seasoned flour; shake off excess. Dip chicken fillet into egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then roll again in flour.

Ask an adult to deep-fry chicken over medium heat a few pieces at a time, for 6 to 8 minutes or until breading is golden and chicken is cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the chicken burger by spreading mayonnaise on the insides of toasted hamburger buns. Put cooked chicken fillet on bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce leaves. Cover burger with top half of the bun. Serve while hot.
