Give grilled corn a boost of flavors with this curry corn recipe.
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 japanese sweet corn, boiled, skin removed
1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
curry powder, for garnish (optional)
In a small pan, combine melted butter and curry powder. Cook on low heat for a minute. Set aside.
Brush curry butter onto 1 Japanese sweet corn and garnish with coriander leaves and more curry powder.
