Ingredients
Dark Chocolate Champorado
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup glutinous rice
- 3/4 Cup dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- sweetened condensed milk to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a medium-sized saucepan with water. Cook glutinous rice, stirring constantly until the rice is transparent in color and gooey in texture.
- Add dark chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until chocolate has melted and sugar has dissolved. Serve in warmed bowls with milk drizzled on top, if desired.
