Double Chocolate Skillet Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. 

Mix together butter and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until well combined.

Gently fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder until completely absorbed. Stir in dark chocolate chunks.

Divide dough between 2 (5-inch) ovenproof skillets (like cast iron). Spread out evenly using a spatula. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve warm in the skillet.
