- 1 big pack dried mangoes coarsely chopped
- crushed ice
- evaporated milk
Instructions
- In 4 tall glasses, layer dried mangoes with crushed ice.
- Top off with milk a la halo-halo. Serve at once. Fruit variation tip: Create a mélange of fruits by using a different dried fruit per layer—try out candied jackfruit, pineapple, and papaya.
