Ingredients
  

Mango Con Hielo

  • 1 big pack dried mangoes coarsely chopped
  • crushed ice
  • evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  • In 4 tall glasses, layer dried mangoes with crushed ice.
  • Top off with milk a la halo-halo. Serve at once. Fruit variation tip: Create a mélange of fruits by using a different dried fruit per layer—try out candied jackfruit, pineapple, and papaya.
