Easy Bakso (Beef Balls) Recipe

There is something homey, delicious, and comforting when you eat fish balls. This street food is everywhere in the metro, especially during merienda time. If you love all those balls you eat as street food, then you'll love that these meatballs are made of beef. 

Similar to the fish balls, chicken balls, and squid balls peddled on the streets, each beef ball is a tender bite that's begging to be speared onto your fork. It's an unusual process making these beef balls but the end product is worth every juicy and tasty bite. 

 
You can serve these tender beef meatballs fried with sweet chili sauce on the side or in a comforting bowl of soup like we did here.
