Ingredients
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- 3 cups (about 750 grams) plain whole-milk yogurt
- 3/4 Cup sugar (adjust according to desired sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ripe mango
- kiwi sliced
- nuts (we suggest candied walnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until sugar has dissolved. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Freeze mixture in the ice cream maker following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- When ready, scoop into bowls and top with mango cubes, kiwi slices, and chopped nuts. To enjoy later on, place freshly churned mixture in a plastic container, cover surface with plastic wrap, and cover with lid. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
