Easy Pork Chop With Eggplant Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 kilogram pork chops
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 Cup pork stock
- 1 medium eggplant sliced
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add in pork chop and cook until slightly brown.
- Add the oyster sauce and pork stock. Let simmer for 10 mins then add in the eggplant. Cook for another 10 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
