Easy Pork Chop With Eggplant Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 kilogram pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Cup pork stock
  • 1 medium eggplant sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste


  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add in pork chop and cook until slightly brown.
  • Add the oyster sauce and pork stock. Let simmer for 10 mins then add in the eggplant. Cook for another 10 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
