Easy Wagyu Beef Cubes With Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
- 16 pieces wagyu beef cubes thawed
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
- Oil for frying
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add and heat oil. Once hot, place cubes in the hot oil and sear on all sides. Remove from the pan. Place on skewers if desired. Alternatively, cook on a grill or grill pan.
