You can make this white cake using egg whites.

Do you love making leche flan? If you do, then you use up a lot of egg yolks, but what do you do with all those egg whites? 

Don't throw those egg whites away! Instead, transfer those whites into a container and freeze it. You can still use it to make meringue cookies, brazo de mercedes, or even a sans rival. If you love to bake cakes and other fluffy baked goods, we think you should consider making a white cake using your egg whites. While there are many cakes that call for using whole eggs, the white cake recipe uses up egg whites that you otherwise might not use at all. 

Frost it with a simple buttercream icing for a simple, easy but still impressive two-layer cake you can serve for any handaan or party.
