This regional kakanin dessert is made with coconut and sticky rice. it's a simple enough recipe to make at home since what you need to do is cook all the ingredients in a pot on a stove and stir until the mixture thickens. Then you roll the coconut and sticky rice mixture in a light coating of toasted rice flour just so that it doesn't stick. Voila. Easy espasol and you didn't even have to leave home.
