Fish Ball Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup oyster sauce
- 3 cups water
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons rice flour or cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
- bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo) chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepot over medium heat, combine oyster sauce, water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.Â
- Pour in rice flour mixture and bring back to a simmer. Cook, stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Serve with homemade or store-bought fish balls. Â
