Ingredients
  

Fried Choco Sticks with Banana Cream

  • 2 pieces dark chocolate frozen
  • 8 pieces spring roll (lumpia) wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 Cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1 banana sliced very thinly on a bias

Instructions
 

  • Slice chocolate bars lengthwise into thin bars.
  • Wrap chocolate in the spring roll wrapper.
  • Deep-fry until wrapper turns golden brown.
  • Strain excess oil on paper towels and set aside while working quickly on the whipped cream.
  • Whisk cream to stiff peaks slowly streaming in the sugar halfway through the whisking.
  • Fold in banana extract.
  • Plate the chocolate sticks by stacking them on top of another and serving the banana whipped cream on its side. Garnish the cream with the thinly sliced bananas.
