Use leftover pasta noodles to create a mango dessert that everyone will oooh and ahhh over.
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup canned mango nectar
oil, for deep-frying
mango, sliced (optional)
Whip cream and mango nectar until stiff. Keep chilled.
Deep-fry spaghetti noodles until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Scoop mango cream mixture onto a plate and rest spaghetti noodles on top. Serve at once with mangoes on top if desired.
