- 1 Cup strawberries hulled
- 1 Cup banana cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 Cup mayonnaise balled or cubed
- butter cake cubed
- 8 pieces Macaroons
- 2 pieces mamon cubed
Instructions
- Make the chocolate ganache: Heat all-purpose cream in a saucepan to almost boiling point. Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted.
- Arrange fruits and cakes on a plate with chocolate ganache in a bowl. Have toothpicks or skewers available for guests.
