Funfetti Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 F. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Whisk to combine and set aside. 

With a mixer, cream the butter, cream cheese, and white sugar together until light and fluffy, for about 8 minutes. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract. 

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix. 

Scoop out 1 by 1 inch balls of dough and roll them into sprinkles until they are coated. Flatten on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 9 minutes until firm and until the cookies are slightly browned at the bottom. Cool on a wire rack to room temperature.
