Gambas al Ajillo
- 125 Grams Shrimp peeled
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 3 pieces Chili Pepper (Siling Pangsigang) sliced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Season the peeled shrimps with a pinch of salt.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and chili in olive oil. Once garlic has turned golden brown, add the shrimps.
