Ingredients
  

Gambas al Ajillo

  • 125 Grams Shrimp peeled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 3 pieces Chili Pepper (Siling Pangsigang) sliced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Season the peeled shrimps with a pinch of salt.
  • In a skillet, sauté garlic and chili in olive oil. Once garlic has turned golden brown, add the shrimps.
