Garlic and Chili Vinegar Ingredients
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- 3 siling labuyo (birds eye chili) chopped (plus more to taste)
- 3 cloves Garlic smashed
- Heat vinegar in a saucepot over medium heat. Once hot (but not boiling), remove from heat and add bird’s eye chilies and 3 cloves garlic.
- Transfer to a clean jar once cool. Allow to sit for at least 1 day.
