Ingredients
  

Garlic and Soy Grilled Pork Chops

  • 4 pork (use boneless center-cut pork loin chops), trimmed of fat (around 175 grams each)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr SavorRich Chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • vegetable oil for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pork loin chops in light soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, Knorr Savorrich pork, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Cover; chill for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill and brush with vegetable oil. Cook pork chops, turning once halfway through cooking time, about 10 to 12 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center of a chop registers 155°F and juices run clear when pierced.
