Garlic Gazpacho Ingredients
- 2 450-gram cans tomatoes
- 2 medium Cucumber seeded
- 2 medium bell pepper seeded
- 3 cloves Garlic peeled
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Place tomaotes, cucumbers, red bell peppers, garlic, and red wine vinegar in a blenders. Season with salt and pepper.
- Puree until only slightly chunky. Transfer soup to a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve cold with warm crusty toast or croutons.
