Ginataang Galunggong (Fish Cooked in Coconut Milk) Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Galunggong (Mackerel) cleaned
  • 1 1/2 Cup coconut milk (gata)
  • 3 pieces lady finger green chilies
  • 1 1-inch piece ginger sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the fish in a wok or skillet.
  • Add the coconut milk, green chilies, ginger and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
