Madali lang ang pagluto ng kamatis dahil ang kamatis ay di kailangan lutuin ng matagal. Sa recipe na ito, ginisa lang ang mga kamatis sa sibuyas at bawang at ang pinakapampalasa niya ay ang patis. Apat na sahog lang kailangan para makapagluto ng masarap na ihahanda kasama ang mga pritong ulam.
