Crisp veggies add texture and a delicious crunch to this healthy side dish.
2 tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 medium-sized red tomatoes, chopped
1/4 kilo pork, use pork cubes (kasim)
1/2 kilo okra, washed and cut 1 inch long
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Saute the garlic in oil until golden brown. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Then add the tomatoes and pork cubes. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked.
Add the okra and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
