Ginisang Togue (Sauteed Mung Bean Sprouts) Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 kilo Pork
- 1/4 kilo Monggo Sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (Patis)
- Salt
Instructions
- Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the ground pork and cook until the meat is cooked through.
- Add the monggo sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.
