Ingredients
  

Ginisang Togue (Sauteed Mung Bean Sprouts) Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/4 kilo Pork
  • 1/4 kilo Monggo Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (Patis)
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the ground pork and cook until the meat is cooked through.
  • Add the monggo sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.
