Ginisang Tuna Rice Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Spicy Tuna Flakes In Oil
  • 1 onion sliced

Instructions
 

  •  In a nonstick wok over medium heat, heat about 3 tablespoons oil from the tuna. Watch out for the splatters. Once splattering stops, sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook until softened. Add half the tomatoes and sauté until softened. Add tuna flakes and sauté.
  • Add remaining tomatoes, green bell pepper, and tuna chunks and cook only until heated through. Dump in rice and toss until coated with the tuna mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
