Ingredients
  

Green Beans Ingredients With Ground Pork and Tofu

  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 500-gram pack firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 Small red onion chopped
  • 1/2 kilogram ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 kilogram green beans trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • Using the same pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook for about 7 minutes or until no longer pink and cooked through. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, green beans, and tofu. Cook for another 5 minutes, mixing well. Serve topped with toasted garlic.
