Here's a healthy snack you won't munching on.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
200 grams spinach leaves, blanched
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine yogurt, cream, mayonnaise, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Add blanched spinach gradually until desired color is achieved. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Serve with toasted bread of your choice or tortilla chips. Healthy tip: Trying to keep your weight down? Cut up some carrots and cucumbers for dippers.
