Ingredients
Grilled Corn Ingredients
- 4 cobs sweet corn husk removed and halved
- vegetable oil for brushing
- 1/2 Cup Japanese mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 Cup Togerashi (Japanese Chili Powder)
- 1/2 Cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 Cup green onion
- lime wedges to serve
Instructions
- Heat a charcoal grill or a grill pan. Skewer corn onto barbecue sticks.
- Lightly brush corn with oil. Grill until slightly charred on all sides, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, spread 1 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise on each cob half. Sprinkle with salt, 2 teaspoons togarashi powder, and 1 tablespoon feta cheese. Repeat with remaining cobs.
- Arrange corn on a serving platter and sprinkle with green onions. Serve with lime wedges. Â
