Grilled corn isn’t complete without a knob of butter rubbed over it. Make this snack even tastier by giving flavor to the butter with garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients
  

Grilled Corn with Garlic Parmesan Butter Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn husks intact
  • 2 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1/2 Cup Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put corn ears in a pot of water. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat grill.
  • Make flavored butter: Using a mortar and pestle, add garlic and a little salt, and smash into a paste. Add butter and mash until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
  • Remove corn from water and place on the grill. Grill for 15 minutes or until the kernels have softened. Alternatively, remove corn from husks, and grill for more charred flavors.
