Ingredients
  

Grilled Salmon Teriyaki Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 200 Grams salmon fillet
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Make the teriyaki sauce: Heat Kikkoman soy sauce, water, and ginger. Add brown sugar and dissolve completely. Thicken with cornstarch.
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side and baste with teriyaki sauce before serving. Serve with steamed vegetables, if desired.
