Ingredients
Grilled Three-Cheese Pimiento Sandwich
- 1/2 Cup Butter softened, plus extra for brushing
- 1/2 Cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup american cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 Cup Gouda cheese grated
- 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 1 90-gram can pimiento minced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 slices sourdough bread
Instructions
- Combine softened butter and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Add cheeses, canned pimiento, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Arrange bread on a chopping board and brush softened butter on one side of each slice. Place bread
slices, buttered side down, on the board. Spread prepared cheese pimiento on 4 slices. Cover with the
rest of the bread slices, keeping the buttered side up. - Prepare a panini press or heat a grill pan over low heat. Toast sandwiches until slightly brown. Serve warm.
