Ingredients
  

Ham with Sweet Mustard Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 piece ham use smoked and cured bone-in leg of ham
  • 1 Table Spoon Butter
  • 1/3 Cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250F. Slice pieces from leg of ham. Place slices in a baking pan to warm in the oven.
  • Meanwhile, in a small nonstick saucepan over medium heat, bring remaining ingredients except honey to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves.
  • Add honey and simmer again until thickened slightly. Season with a pinch of salt, or to taste. Stir and then remove from heat. Transfer to a gravy boat and serve warm with slices of ham.
