Ingredients
  

Healthy Pasta Salad

  • 1/3 Cup feta cheese
  • 250 Grams fusilli pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 1 medium apple cored and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 Small Cucumber sliced into strips
  • 2 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white onion minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine fusilli pasta, carrots, feta cheese, apple, red bell pepper, cucumber and lettuce in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Make the ranch dressing: In a bowl, combine the garlic, salt, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, white vinegar, and white onion.
     
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and chill for a few hours before serving.
