large tomatoes, sliced
Spread mayonnaise on two bread slices. Sprinkle one slice with pepper; place lettuce, cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
Top with the other slice. Enjoy the sandwich with a tall glass of ice-cold fruit juice or shake.
