Heaven in a Cookie Recipe

In a small bowl, crush the strawberries with a fork. Set aside. 

Whip the cream and sugar until they form soft peaks. Fold crushed strawberries into the whipped cream and chill. 

Lay a cookie on a dessert plate, spoon the strawberry cream mixture on cookie. Top with another cookie. Serve at once.
