- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Cup brown rice uncooked, rinsed
- 1/2 Cup red rice uncooked, rinsed
- 1 Small onion peeled, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled, chopped

- 4 cups water
- 1 small head broccoli florets only, cut small

Instructions
- Generously season the pork tenderloins with Italian herbs, salt, and ground pepper. Set aside.
