Honey Sriracha Salmon

Ingredients
  

Honey Sriracha Salmon

  • 1 Table Spoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 pieces salmon use fillet
  • cilantro (wansoy)
  • vegetables steamed

Instructions
 

  • Combine Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Set half of the mixture aside.
  • Lay 2 salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish and brush on half of the Sriracha mixture.
  • Bake the salmon in a preheated 350°F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until just done. Continue to baste with the other half of the Sriracha mixture 2 to 3 times during baking. You will know your fish is done if it flakes easily when prodded with a knife.
     
  • Take salmon out of the oven; garnish with cilantro. Serve with steamed vegetables, salad greens, and rice on the side.
     
    TIP: For even more flavor, sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the salmon right before serving.
