This dish is a perfect mix of spicy + sweet flavors!
1 table spoon sriracha hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pieces salmon, use fillet
Combine Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Set half of the mixture aside.
Lay 2 salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish and brush on half of the Sriracha mixture.
Bake the salmon in a preheated 350Â°F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until just done. Continue to baste with the other half of the Sriracha mixture 2 to 3 times during baking. You will know your fish is done if it flakes easily when prodded with a knife.
Take salmon out of the oven; garnish with cilantro. Serve with steamed vegetables, salad greens, and rice on the side.
TIP: For even more flavor, sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the salmon right before serving.
