Hot Chocolatta Recipe

Heat milk with vanilla over low heat.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Add melted chocolate to hot milk and stir until blended.

Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.

TIP: If using a vanilla pod, let the pod steep in the milk to get its flavor. Remove the pod before pouring the hot chocolate in cups. Rinse, dry and store the pod for another use.
