Hot Glazed Wings
- 8 pieces Chicken use wings
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 drop liquid seasoning
- Salt
- 1 Cup Flour for dredging
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sweet chili sauce
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- Salt
Instructions
- Marinate chicken wings in paprika, allspice, 2 teaspoons hot sauce, liquid seasoning, and salt and pepper for 1 to 2 hours.
- Steam chicken just until it changes in color, but not cooked.
- Let it rest for few minutes, and then lightly dredge in flour. Deep-fry in oil. Set aside.
- In another pan, mix butter, vinegar, sweet chili sauce and 4 tablespoons hot sauce. Heat until bubbly. Coat fried chicken wings.
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce and serve chicken with carrot and cucumber sticks.
