Ingredients
  

Grilled Pork Belly (Inihaw na Liempo) Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Pork
  • 1/2 Cup Calamansi Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (Patis)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pork belly with calamansi, patis, salt, and ground pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour up to overnight.
  • Preheat the charcoals on a grill. Put the pork belly one by one on the hot grills and cook until browned. Serve with vinegar with chili and garlic.
