Ingredients
Grilled Pork Belly (Inihaw na Liempo) Ingredients
- 1 kilo Pork
- 1/2 Cup Calamansi Juice
- 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (Patis)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Marinate pork belly with calamansi, patis, salt, and ground pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour up to overnight.
- Preheat the charcoals on a grill. Put the pork belly one by one on the hot grills and cook until browned. Serve with vinegar with chili and garlic.
