- 2 pieces italian sausage sliced
- 2 tablespoons mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives chopped
- 4 pieces Egg beaten
- cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 Cup canned chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- In a pan, heat some oil and sauté sausage and mushrooms. Add onions, bell pepper, and olives. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook eggs scrambled.
- Top with the sautéed sausage mixture and grated cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes.
