Ingredients
  

Kielbasa Sausage with Bell Peppers Ingredients

  • 1 500-gram pack kielbasa sausages
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 white onion cut into large chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil sausage in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into thick rounds. Set aside.

  • Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with ground black pepper and salt.
