Kielbasa Sausage with Bell Peppers Ingredients
- 1 500-gram pack kielbasa sausages
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 white onion cut into large chunks
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Boil sausage in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into thick rounds. Set aside.
