- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 5 slices fresh ginger peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced diagonally

Instructions
- Cut the pork into small cubes, pat dry with paper towels. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce to make a marinade. Add the pork to the marinade and let it sit for atleast 30 minutes.
- Make the sauce: combine oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat a medium-sized wok, add oil, and stir-fry the marinated pork for 10 minutes. Dish out and set aside. Clean the wok and add in the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil until it’s fully heated. Add in the ginger and garlic slices and stir.
